In January 2016, I set out on a journey to design 30 speculative projects by the time I turn 30 in May 2020. Along the way, I wrote a book about starting an architecture firm based on a 1 day seminar I organized and hosted in Buffalo, NY, found my passion for leather working, started a podcast with a friend, and completed 30 projects by July 2019. From that moment onward, I decided to continue designing speculative projects focusing on typologies, issues (such as climate change, public housing, education, etc.) and materials of interest. These are a culmination of projects developed through my architecture and design journey.
